Arsenal look the most likely to sign Loic Remy in the upcoming summer window despite interest from both Tottenham Hotspur and Everton, according to Daily Star.
Arsene Wenger is currently tipped to sign the French star with a 1/3 chance compared to that of the Toffees’ 6/1 and Spurs 8/1 odds as mentioned by the bookmakers.
Reports earlier mentioned that if Roberto Martinez cannot keep hold of star striker Romelu Lukaku, the club will need to reinforce their attack by making a move for Remy instead.
Tottenham Hotspur are also looking to bring the highly rated 27-year-old striker to White Hart Lane in order to mend the lack of goals they experienced last season.
Remy has a current price tag of £10million and has been on a decent scoring run for Newcastle United while on loan from Queens Park Rangers, netting 14 times aiding his team to a 10th place finish.
The former Marseille star has admitted to not wanting to remain with the Magpies and is now searching for a team that can give him an opportunity to once again play in a European cup competition.
