Arsenal are ready to step up their chase to sign Vitesse Arnhem starlet Thomas Buitink after impressing at various youth levels, Metro reports.
The 15-year-old is also said to be on the transfer radar of Serie A champions Juventus as well as Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.
Buitink has already scored over 100 goals at different levels while playing for his club and is now part of the Holland Under-16 squad.
According to Dutch media outlet Brabants Dagblad, the Gunners have already sent scouts to monitor his displays when playing for his country.
However, all the interest clubs will be waiting for him to turn 16 before tabling a formal offer for his services.
Manager Arsene Wenger has long been linked with the signing of a new striker, but has often reinforced his side with youth talent rather than choosing to spend a huge fee.
Olivier Giroud is currently the only senior striker available in the squad, with winger-turned forward Theo Walcott still out with an injury.
