Arsenal have opened talks with Borussia Dortmund to sign star man Ilkay Gundogan, according to reports from talkSPORT.
Gundogan has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League amid interest from the Gunners as well as Manchester United.
Now ahead of the summer transfer window, the Arsenal hierarchy have reportedly approached the BVB to begin negotiations for the 24-year-old.
