Arsenal are on the verge of selling Mathieu Flamini to Galatasaray after speculation that the two clubs have already agreed a fee, according to reports from Talksport.
The 31-year-old has seen his playing time very limited over the course of the previous campaign following the consistent form of Francis Coquelin in midfield.
He last featured for the Gunners back in December before picking up a hamstring injury which eventually saw Coquelin take his place in the squad.
It is believed that the two sides have agreed a £2.7million transfer fee which could now see the player leave for Turkey this week.
Should he complete the switch, Flamini will be reunited with former teammate Lukas Podolski who earlier accepted a move to join Galatasaray after being overlooked by manager Arsene Wenger.
The Frenchman only managed to register 15 Premier League starts this past season, while featuring a further eight times from the bench, scoring one goal and providing one assist.
