Arsenal are set to make a £24million offer to sign Barcelona star Pedro this summer, according to reports from the Express.
The Spain international has struggled to play on a regular basis in the current campaign following Luis Suarez’ return from his four month ban, as Barca manager Luis Enrique prefers the front three of Suarez, Neymar, and Lionel Messi.
His availability has therefore alerted the Arsenal hierarchy, with the club ready to sign him at the end of the season.
The Gunners are targeting Pedro amid rumours that England ace Theo Walcott could leave the Emirates to Anfield, with manager Arsene Wenger seeing the 27-year-old as the perfect player to replace the England international.
Pedro has only started 18 games in all competitions this season, but despite his limited playing time, has scored a respectable 10 goals.
