Arsenal star Danny Welbeck is being linked with an exit amid speculation that Besiktas are ready to lure him to their club, according to reports from the Daily Star.
The 24-year-old only completed a £16million deadline day move from Manchester United last summer, but is already being tipped for an exit after struggling to hold down a regular role.
He managed to register only 18 league starts last term and is currently competing for places with Theo Walcott as well as Olivier Giroud.
With Gunners boss Arsene Wenger heavily linked with a move for a new striker, Welbeck’s future has been put in heavy doubt ahead of the new campaign.
Wenger is currently monitoring the situation of Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema and Juventus’ Fernando Llorente as possible reinforcements.
The Turkish giants are in the market for a new attacker following their decision to let former Chelsea striker Demba Ba leave the club.
