Arsenal star Francis Coquelin has praised club teammate Theo Walcott ahead of his upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers for England, Express reports.
The 26-year-old has been on great form for the Gunners after manager Arsene Wenger decided to start him over Olivier Giroud for his last three fixtures.
Walcott played a huge role in all three matches, scoring a goal in the 5-2 win over Leicester City, scoring one and providing another in the 3-2 defeat to Olympiakos, before making two more assist in the 3-0 win over rivals Manchester United at the weekend.
Couquelin has told everyone that the winger has been in sensational form and is close to being unstoppable when he is on the field.
“It was not only offensively, what he did defensively was absolutely amazing. He was defending, chasing the ball. It makes things easier for us at the back.
“When he is in this kind of mood he is not far off being unstoppable.
“He shows everyone he can play in this role up front and on Sunday it was a great win for us against a big team.”
He was keen to play as a striker this season despite Wenger desperately trying to sign a new forward during the summer window.
However, the attacker looks to have now proven himself with his ability to play in a more central role, scoring as well as providing goals for his side.
