Arsenal target Nolito has dropped a slight hint that he may choose to join Barcelona should he leave current club Celta Vigo, Daily Star reports.
The 29-year-old winger has caught the eye of a host of European giants following an impressive start to the current campaign.
His displays have alerted Gunners boss Arsene Wenger who is said to be plotting a move to acquire his services in the upcoming January window.
However, Nolito may have dealt a blow to the Premier League giants after admitting his admiration for Barca boss Luis Enrique given that the pair have already worked together in the past.
“Luis Enrique taught me a great deal during the four years I was there. The good and the bad sides of football,” he said.
“He was always upfront with me, he is one of my sporting fathers.”
The Spain international has featured in all 11 La Liga matches for his side so far this term, scoring seven goals while providing a further four assists (whoscored.com).
Apart from the two mentioned clubs, current Premier League champions Chelsea, are also said to be keeping an eye on his situation given their huge decline in form.
