Arsenal target unfazed over links of £47m transfer to Man United

Arsenal target Renato Sanches has revealed that he is unfazed over speculation of his proposed £47million transfer to Manchester United from Benfica, O Jogo reports.

The 18-year-old is already being tracked by a host of European giants as Manchester City and Liverpool are also said to be keen on his services.

United emerged as prime candidates  to secure his signature in recent months, but their Premier League rivals recently sent scouts to monitor his displays against Porto last week.

Despite links of a switch to Old Trafford, Sanches has come out to reveal that he is feeling very calm and is fully focused on giving his all for his boyhood club.

“I feel normal because my focus right now is on Benfica and it will always be,” he said.

“I feel a great affection for Benfica and if I have to stay here, it’s here where I grew up, I’ve been here for ten years, I feel good and it doesn’t affect my mind.”

He has a £62million release clause tied into his contract with the Portuguese giants, but is believed to be available for around the £47million region.

The midfielder only made his senior debut back in October, featuring 15 times in the league so far this term, scoring two goals while providing another one assist.
