Arsenal are seemingly set to miss out on long-term target Julian Draxler, with The Mirror stating that the attacking midfielder is set to sign for Paris Saint-Germain.
The Germany international has been linked with a move to the North London club for a number of consecutive transfer windows and again this summer Arsene Wenger’s men are being touted as possible suitors.
Draxler has admitted that he wants to leave Wolfsburg this summer despite only spending a season with the Bundesliga club and a host of major sides are believed to be interested in him.
Arsenal are being linked with making attacking reinforcements and an offensive midfield trio of Draxler, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez would be one of the most feared in European football.
However, PSG are believed to be on the brink of concluding a deal to sign the German star, who impressed at Euro 2016 and could be an important player for the French champions.
