Arsenal winger desperate for FA Cup glory

Arsenal forward Theo Walcott is confident that the Gunners can go all the way in the FA Cup this season despite drawing rivals Tottenham in the third round, as reported by ITV Sport.

Spurs travel to the Emirates tomorrow evening for the tie of the round and both sides have hit some decent form in recent weeks, adding to the tension in North London.

Walcott played a huge part in keeping Arsenal top of the Premier League on New Years Day and is set to again play in an attacking position with Nicklas Bendtner joining Olivier Giroud on the sidelines.

The England winger has admitted Spurs are playing well but the 24 year old claims it is also a bad time to be playing Arsenal as their tails are up.

“I think it is going to be a bad time to play us as well. For the neutrals it is going to be a very interesting battle,” said Walcott.

“The FA Cup is always special, for me, being English as well. I love the FA Cup.”
