AVB desperate for more additions to Spurs squad

Tottenham Hotspur have enquired about the availability of no less than ten players this week as Andre Villas-Boas seeks to strengthen his underperforming ranks according to the Daily Mirror.

Chairman Daniel Levy may be set to spend up to £50million to attract big name targets to White Hart Lane as AVB is already under pressure.

One point from two games is not an inspiring start for Villas-Boas but the likes of Willian, Moussa Dembele, Joao Moutinho, Yann M’Vila, Hugo Lloris and Leandro Damiao have all been linked to the north London club recently and it seems they are desperate to land at least three of those targets.

With the window shutting at 11pm next Friday, AVB knows he has to strengthen his squad and  it seems once again that Tottenham will be one of the busier teams on the approach to deadline day.
