Barcelona are believed to have ruled out a possible club return for Aston Villa winger Adama Traore, Mirror reports.
The 19-year-old completed his move from the La Liga giants in the summer for a fee of £7million, signing a five-year deal with the Premier League side.
However, he is now expected to continue his career in England amid speculation that Barca didn’t include a buy-back clause in his deal, something they would normally do when selling young talent.
As part of his deal, Traore may see his current wages of £40,000-a-week rise to £75,000-a-week in the near future as he is in line to become the club’s highest earner.
Despite his hefty price demands, Villans boss Remi Garde recently revealed that he was worried over the development of the attacker given his recent form.
He is yet to start a single Premier League game this season, making five substitute appearances and playing a total of only 91 minutes so far.
