Brazilian ace confirms desire to play for Man United

Manchester United could be alerted by the revelations made by Cruzeiro star Alisson over his desire to play for the club, according to Goal Brazil.

The 22-year-old admitted to an interest in a move to Old Trafford last year, but also added that Juventus was another possible destination.

However, when asked, the winger once again confirmed his intentions to complete a transfer to one of the two clubs.

“It is true,” he said.

“I have a very special affection for the two clubs, but as I said, today I’m more quiet head, more focused and clear, I have the dream of playing in Italy, if not in Juventus for any other team like Inter and Lazio and also dream of playing in England, which has a very cool and competitive football.”

He is currently set to feature for Brazil in the upcoming Olympics, a competition that could attract potential suitors as he pushes for a move to Europe.

United were linked with a host of wingers during the January window following remarks made by manager Louis van Gaal over his desire to add more pace into his flanks.

The future of the Dutchman is still in doubt given that United are sitting fifth on the Premier League table, but are only a point behind fourth place side Manchester City.
