Tottenham are already looking to build on their squad and Mauricio Pochettino has received encouragement from the boss of a target, as reported by Kicker.
Spurs are consistently linked with signing new forwards, with Harry Kane carrying the workload alone at the moment, and it is thought that Pochettino is keen on signing Yunus Malli.
Malli has had a good season for Mainz, finding the net on ten occasions, and his boss, when talking to Kicker, thought that the interest of bigger clubs will be good motivation for the forward.
The forward has been an impressive player for Mainz this year and gone on to make his debut for Turkey after playing for the German under-21 side. Kicker also report that Borussia Dortmund and Valencia are interested in the Mainz man and Spurs will face a tough battle to sign the player.
A Premier League title will certainly make Spurs a more attractive option than either of Dortmund or Valencia, who are both suffering from the dominance of bigger clubs in their respective leagues.
