Chelsea and Man United eye Egyptian ace

Ribia

Chelsea and Manchester United are set to battle it out to sign highly rated Egyptian youngster Ramy Ribia, according to Sky Sports.

A number of European clubs have been keeping tabs on the 19-year-old who is fast becoming one of the hottest prospects in world football.

Ribia plays for major African club Al Ahly but dreams of playing in England and the Premier League.

After making his debut aged just 17, Ribia is now a full Egypt international and will captain the under-20’s in the World Cup in Turkey this summer.

The likes of Borussia Dortmund, Lille, Inter Milan and Schalke have all reportedly scouted the young centre back who recently signed up to a major sports agent in Africa.

Chelsea and Manchester United will now be the favourites to snap up the talented defender and could start a bidding war after scouting at the under-20’s World Cup is complete.
