Chelsea and Manchester United have been told by Everton to consider a £65million offer if they want to sign Romelu Lukaku, The Mirror reports.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a move following a very impressive campaign for the Toffees and has also caught the eye of Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.
Lukaku left the Blues back in 2014 after struggling to hold down a regular role, but has now proved his worth as they look to resign their former striker.
However, any interested club will need to pay upwards of £65million if they want to sign the Belgium international as Everton look to make him the fifth most expensive signing in football history.
The forward has hinted at a possible exit given that he wants to play Champions League football, but both clubs are yet to guarantee their place in the tournament next season.
He has already featured 38 times in all competitions this term, so far managing to score 25 goals while providing another six assists.
