Juventus star Paul Pogba is on the verge of extending his contract at the club, quashing away links that he would make a return to the Premier League with both Chelsea and former club Manchester United interested in his services, Talksport reports.
The 21-year-old central midfielder left Old Trafford in 2012 due to a lack of first team appearances and joined the Serie A giants on a free transfers, a move which has made him into one of the best young talents in world football.
Both Jose Mourinho and Louis van Gaal were trying to lure him back to England during the summer, but with no concrete negotiations taking place, Pogba looks set to remain in Italy.
Even Arsenal placed in a bid of around £35million to try and bring him to the Emirates, but his club placed a staggering £60million price tag on their young star.
Reports suggest that the French international has already agreed a deal in principle to extend his current deal with the side, halting any potential transfer proceeding from even more European elites.
