Chelsea have been given fresh hopes of signing Juventus star Paul Pogba after his agent Mino Raiola dismissed speculation that his client already signed a pre-contract with another club, Daily Mail reports.
The 22-year-old has become one of the most chased after player in the world after impressing for the Serie A champions over the past few seasons.
It was earlier believed that Pogba agreed terms of a pre-contract with Barcelona, dealing a huge blow to all the interested parties.
However, Raiola came out to confirm that the midfielder is still considering his options over a potential exit and has not signed a pre-agreement with any club.
“We said no to several teams, and continue to move forward, judging the moment,” Raiola said.
“We can’t say that Pogba will leave after this season, he could stay another year at Juventus.
“We don’t have a pre-agreement with anyone.”
