Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has banned talk of a possible Quadruple after the Blues reached the Capital One Cup semi-final, Mirror reports.
Mourinho is keen to take each game as it comes, with his side managing a 3-1 victory over Derby to advance into the last four of the League Cup.
Eden Hazard, Filipe Luis, and Andre Schurrle were the goalscorers to ensure Chelsea are still fighting for all four trophies this season, but after previous talk then the failure of the Blues going the entire season unbeaten, the Portuguese boss has played down the notion of a Quadruple.
“No. We don’t speak about this,” he said.
“People spoke a few weeks ago about being unbeatable in the Premier League. We never did it. Now [following their loss to Newcastle] people speak about a Quadruple and we never did it either. We have feet on the ground.
“We can win Monday [when Chelsea visit Stoke] but it will be difficult. Important is to win Monday and important was to win today and go match by match.”
The Blues travel to the Britannia to face Stoke City in their next Premier League encounter.
