Real Madrid will try to sign Chelsea’s Eden Hazard by tempting the Premier League side with a monster bid, that is according to the Daily Star – it is believed the Los Blancos are readying a bid in and around the £70million mark.
The former Lille attacking-midfielder has been a superb addition to the Blues ranks since joining from the Ligue 1 side for £32million. Hazard has made 89 Premier League appearances, to date, for the west London-based club and has bagged an impressive 31 goals and 22 assists.
Jose Mourinho has recently said that the Belgium international could be forced out of England’s top flight due to the treatment he receives:
“People in love with football in this country, people must be in love with Eden Hazard,” Mourinho said.
“The way, match after match, he’s being punished by opponents and he’s not being protected by referees, maybe one day we won’t have Eden Hazard.
