Chelsea captain John Terry has come out to praise Eden Hazard for his performance in the 1-0 victory over Norwich City, Express reports.
The 24-year-old has been under heavy criticism after failing to score a single goal from his previous 13 Premier League matches.
Apart from his form, the entire Blues squad have been struggling to replicate the performance which saw them become champions of England earlier this year.
Terry revealed that he believes Hazard along with all the other players looked to have raised their performance to help manager Jose Mourinho pick up a victory.
“Eden Hazard is back to his best and not only this Saturday, the last five or six games you have seen from everybody the raising in performances individually and collectively and with this result, the delight and the relief from players is there to see,” he said.
The club are currently 15th on the table as they have already picked up seven losses from their previous 13 matches.
They will now travel to face Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League on Tuesday as they are currently in second place, three points behind leaders Porto.
Diego Costa is another player that has come under pressure given that he only netted his third goal of the campaign during the 1-0 win at the weekend.
