Juan Cuadrado has given his thoughts on his brief period with Chelsea, who are still his parent club, as reported by the Metro.
Having been signed in January 2015, Cuadrado failed to break into the first-team on a regular basis before the Blues loaned the Colombian to Juventus for the 2015/16 campaign. The former Fiorentina winger hit out at his lack of opportunities whilst at Stamford Bridge and confirmed that he will be looking to make his move to Juventus permanent in the summer.
The Colombian spoke of his improved performances in Serie A and feels like was given a far opportunity to impress at the Italian champions, compared to the limited appearances he was given by Jose Mourinho.
Mourinho’s reluctance to rotate is widely thought to have been one of the factors in his down fall at Chelsea and Cuadrado clearly has no plans to return to his parent club when his loan ends at the climax of this season.
