Chelsea ace Papy Djilobodji is being linked with a January loan move to Lazio despite only joining the club back in the summer, Express reports.
The 26-year-old joined on deadline day as a defensive alternative to top target John Stones from Everton, a player that was being chased throughout the previous window.
However, he has found it very hard to break into the first team given that he is still behind John Terry, Gary Cahill, and Kurt Zouma in the defensive pecking order.
It is also said that Djilobodji could be open to an exit in the upcoming window in hopes of getting access to more playing time in the Serie A.
If the centre-back accepts a switch to Lazio, the Italian giants can also make the move permanent given that they meet his £2.4million price demand.
He is yet to feature for his club in both the Premier League and the Champions League so far this season, a factor that is likely to push him towards a Stamford Bridge exit.
