Chelsea are considering a move for AC Milan star Carlos Bacca, and are willing to pay £30million to secure his services, according to reports from the Express.
Milan only signed Bacca from Sevilla during the summer via a £23million deal, but is now being courted by Blues interim manager Guus Hiddink.
The Premier League champions have struggled to score on a regular basis this season with the likes of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa unable to replicate the incredible form that won them the title last year.
And according to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport, Chelsea are chasing Bacca because the Colombia international is not cup tied for Milan.
The Rossoneri have been below par the last few campaigns, and their 10th place finish last season saw them miss out on European football.
Hiddink is hoping to bring in Bacca before their clash against Paris Saint-Germain in the next round of the Champions League.
Bacca, 29, made 58 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring 28 goals.
