Chelsea have rejected a massive £57.5million bid from Chinese club Jiangsu Suning for Oscar, according to reports from The Sun.
Chinese clubs are currently on a worldwide shopping spree this past month, with Jackson Martinez, Ramires, and Alex Teixeira all making a move to the Far East recently.
However, they’re not stopping there with Jiangsu hoping to lure Blues midfielder Oscar away from Stamford Bridge, with a January offer already being turned down by the Premier League champions.
Jiangsu are also eyeing Manchester City star Yaya Toure, who is set to become available at the end of the season following the arrival of Pep Guardiola as the Sky Blues manager.
Toure and Guardiola did not have the best relationship during their time together at Barcelona, and the Ivory Coast midfielder will leave especially if he isn’t guaranteed first-team football.
At the age of 32, Toure could be tempted to join the Chinese powerhouse in the twilight of his career.
