Udinese star Allan Marques Loureiro is reportedly open to a move away from Serie A amid interest from Premier League champions Chelsea, according to the Metro.
Loureiro has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stadio Friuli the past season, with the Blues just one of the few clubs keeping an eye on the defensive midfielder.
And his agent Claudio Vagheggi has revealed that Loureiro is considering his options this summer, and that a transfer away from Serie A is certainly on the table.
He said: “I’d rather not say too much and not mention a few teams in particular.
“But I confirm that there are options both in Serie A and the other championships.”
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is looking to Loureiro as a potential replacement for Ramires, with the Blues ace struggling for first-team football ever since the arrival of Nemanja Matic last year.
Loureiro will be seen as the perfect back-up to the Serbian international, and the 24-year-old’s price is set to be slashed due to his contract expiring in the summer of 2016.
‘Allan’ has played 38 games in all competitions this season, scoring two goals.
