Chelsea star Diego Costa has returned to full training after concerns that he injured himself during their 1-0 win over Arsenal last weekend, according to reports from the London Evening Standard.
Costa was the hero when the Blues faced the Gunners at the Emirates, in which he scored the only goal of the game and got Gunners centre-back Per Mertesacker sent off for challenging him as the last man.
However, Costa didn’t last the whole 90 minutes and was forced off the field with what looked like a knee injury, with the Spain international sent for scans on Monday.
And it seems as if the 27-year-old is now in the clear ahead of their FA Cup clash against MK Dons on Sunday after returning to training.
The Blues will also be boosted by the news that Alexandre Pato is set to complete his move from Corinthians to Stamford Bridge in the next few days, with the Brazilian passing his medical earlier this week.
Costa has been on fine form ever since the departure of Jose Mourinho, scoring six goals in his last six games.
