Jose Mourinho is looking to bring Enner Valencia across from east London to west when the summer transfer window opens up, that is according to reports in the Daily Star.
Valencia only joined West Ham last summer for £12million from Pachuca, off of the back of an impressive World Cup where he bagged three goals for Ecuador, and has impressed during his short time at Upton Park so far.
The Blues were linked throughout January with a move for the 25-year-old, however, Jose Mourinho opted to bring in Juan Cuadrado from Serie A outfit Fiorentina. However, with Andre Schurrle and Mohamed Salah leaving on loan and permanently, respectively, Jose Mourinho is already looking to strengthen his attacking options in the summer.
Valencia has three goals and three assists from 20 Premier League appearances so far this season, although only 13 of them have been starts.
Valencia is expected to feature as West Ham take on Manchester United later today.
