Chelsea to re-launch attempt for Brazilian

Chelsea look set to reattempt their bid to sign Brazilian international Neymar, according to the Daily Mail.

The West London club first tried to sign the 19-year old from Brazilian side Santos last summer but were unsuccessful with a reported £25 million bid. The player was keen to continue his development in his home country but now seems ready for a move abroad.

Chelsea are yet to confirm whether Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka will remain at the club and Neymar would become the latest member of the Brazilian contingent joining David Luiz and Ramires.

The attacker has scored 3 goals in 3 appearances for Brazil and has spoken of his desire to play in Europe. Compatriot Robinho has advised Neymar against moving to England but the forward still seems keen on the chance to play at Chelsea.
