Chelsea manager-in-waiting will not allow star playmaker Willian to reunite with former boss Jose Mourinho at Manchester United, according to The Daily Mail.
The Portuguese trainer has been instilled as boss at Old Trafford, taking over from Louis van Gaal following a disappointing season for the Red Devils.
Mourinho is expected to splash the cash this summer in a bid to bring the glory days back to the Manchester club, with Brazilian star Willian a reported target.
The former Shakhtar Donetsk schemer was the Blues’ Player of the Year in 2015-16 and would fetch a price tag of upwards of £50 million in the current market.
However, the report suggests that although Conte may well listen to offers for Willian’s compatriot Oscar, Mourinho will be foiled in bringing the South American superstar to Old Trafford this summer.
Neither United nor Chelsea will play in the Champions League in 2015-16 after disappointing domestic campaigns.
