Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is set to allow Brazilian forward Kenedy to go out on loan for the 2016-17 campaign, with Watford closing in on the South American according to The Sun.
The Italian trainer has taken over at Stamford Bridge and has signed Michy Batshuayi and N’Golo Kante so far this summer, with further new additions expected at the West London club.
As such, a host of players are expected to be surplus to requirements and will either be sold or sent out on loan.
Kenedy moved to Chelsea last year and has played 14 Premier League games for the Blues, scoring one goal in the process.
The 20-year-old has been used as both a winger and a full-back since moving to England and would offer Watford versatility this term.
Kenedy is a Brazil under-20 international and the London club are believed to have high hopes he can be a star in the future.
