Chelsea are looking to sign Manchester United, Liverpool, and Arsenal target Marco Reus by offering Andre Schurrle as part of the deal to Borussia Dortmund, Express reports.
The Germany international was heavily linked with a move away from Dortmund over the course of the summer, but Reus chose to stay with the Bundesliga side amid interest from the Premier League.
However with a £20million buy-out clause set to be activated next summer, the Blues are hoping to lure the 25-year-old this January with a significantly better offer.
Dortmund are suffering this season one point above the relegation zone and have targeted Chelsea’s Schurrle as the player to fix their woes.
And Blues manager Jose Mourinho sees this as the perfect opportunity to bring over Reus by trading over Schurrle in a swap deal.
The Chesea winger has found it difficult to break into the first-team and could seek a move back to Germany to play regular first-team football.
