Chelsea vs West Ham: CONFIRMED lineups

Stamford Bridge plays host to the first game of Boxing Day 2014 as Chelsea welcome West Ham.

Eden Hazard was the only major injury doubt for the Blues, with it looking likely that Cesc Fabregas will return to the heart of the Chelsea midfield alongside Nemanja Matic after John Obi Mikel’s successful deployment there against Stoke.

Mark Noble is back amongst it for Big Sam’s boys while James Tomkins is the only concern, after pulling up with a little hamstring problem against Leicester.

Here’s how they’ll line up at 12.45pm:
