Chelsea are reported to be weighing up a £10 million bid for Fulham’s Moussa Dembele, according to The Sun.
The west London club are in the process of an overhaul of their squad this summer, and have already added a number of new players, including Lille playmaker Eden Hazard, to their ranks.
Roman Abramovich’s next target is the Cottagers’ attacking midfielder, who can also play up front.
Dembele is entering the last year of his contract at Craven Cottage, and is being monitored by the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham also.
Chelsea hope that the capture of Hazard, Dembele’s international colleague for Belgium, will convince the Fulham man to join the Blues’ revolution.
Martin Jol’s men are keen to keep their star man, but may face a battle with a number of the division’s top teams looking to sign him.
