Chelsea star Juan Cuadrado is ready to meet with manager Jose Mourinho over his future after failing to hold down a regular role in the squad, according to reports from the Daily Star.
The 27-year-old only completed a move to Stamford Bridge during the January window as a potential replacement for Andre Schurrle, but is already being linked with an exit.
Mourinho is believed to be considering the idea of letting the Colombia international leave on loan with a deal that could see him secure a permanent move in the future.
He is now being tipped to return to Italy, where he spent three years with Udinese,a year with Lecce, and another three with Fiorentina before his switch to England.
Both Inter Milan and Juventus are now said to be interested in the winger as he is likely to leave the Blues during the current transfer window.
Cuadrado only managed to register four Premier League starts since his arrival while featuring a further eight times from the bench, but was unable to make any sort of impact.
