Manchester City are facing competition from Chelsea to sign David Silva, according to the agent of the Valencia and Spain winger.
City were given permission to speak to the 24-year-old's representatives earlier in the week after they agreed a fee believed to be in the region of £30million with the Spanish club.
However, agent Julio Llorente has warned the Eastlands club that they have competition for his client's signature in their shape of their Premier League rivals.
"We're weighing up offers from three clubs and one is Chelsea," Llorente told the Daily Mail.
"If Silva doesn't want to go to City, the transfer isn't possible."
Silva is currently away on World Cup duty with Spain in South Africa and has been linked with moves to Manchester United and Liverpool in the past.
