Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is looking to move a number of players on in the summer, although only midfielder Gavin McCann is out of contract at the end of the season.
McCann, 32, is currently recovering from a serious knee injury which has kept him on the sidelines since January
Coyle told the Bolton News:"I have spoken to Gavin and said because of the nature of that injury I am not in the position to offer him a new contract.
"What I will do, and in fairness to him he's been a very good player and a great lad, is when he is fit I'll give him an opportunity, it might be a month, to go and earn one.
"We're not in an ideal position, because I've only got one player out of contract and there will be some players surplus to requirements.
"I want my own type of players in and add my own flavour."
