The Londoners have turned down the offer from Everton, as they look to hold out for an offer nearer to £30million. Bolasie has competition for a starting place this season, after the club signed Andros Townsend for a record £13million fee.
Everton are looking to strengthen their squad this summer, with Ronald Koeman keen to add players to his newly inherited squad. He has already bought in Idrissa Gueye from Aston Villa goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg.
But the Toffees are hopeful that Palace will look to offload Bolasie this summer, in an attempt to bankroll a move for Liverpool forward Cristian Benteke. The Reds are holding out for £32.5million, which could force Palace into selling one of their star assets.
Everton are set to make an improved offer, but it’s more likely to be closer to the £20million mark as opposed to the £30million price tag that Palace have set.
