Everton striker Romelu Lukaku has his heart set on a return to former club Chelsea and believes he has unfinished business with the West London outfit according to The Sun.
The Belgian was signed by the Blues from boyhood club Anderlecht, but found first-team opportunities fleeting with the title-chasing side.
Loan stints at West Brom and Everton boosted the centre forward’s reputation, while Lukaku has been amongst the goals since making his switch to Goodison Park permanent.
After scoring 18 Premier League goals last term and seeing his club fail to qualify for European competition, the powerhouse attacker is said to be in demand and eyeing a Merseyside departure.
Antonio Conte has already signed Lukaku’s compatriot Michy Batshuayi this summer, but with question marks over Diego Costa’s future with the club, there could be room for Lukaku at Stamford Bridge yet.
Everton would surely ask for a monumental fee if Lukaku was to leave, making the £28 million that the Toffees paid for him seem insignificant.
