Everton want to finally land Ukrainian winger Andriy Yarmolenko and will launch a £21 million bid to sign the star this month according to The Daily Mail.
The Toffees have been linked with the Dinamo Kiev attacker for the last 12 months, but have not been able to ensnare the gifted forward.
Roberto Martinez is ready to make a decisive move for Yarmolenko this month however and feels that an offer of more than £20 million could see the talented attacker at Goodison Park.
Yarmolenko’s ability has been lauded in recent seasons but a move to a major European league has not yet materialised for the star.
With Ukraine set to feature in Euro 2016 next summer, the 26-year-old will get an opportunity to show the world just how good he is and Everton want to snap him up before his value increases.
Yarmolenko and Kiev are set to face Manchester City in the Champions League.
