Free agent Mohamed Sissoko is desperate to find a club with the Premier League being a real option for him in January, as reported by Sky Sports.
Sissoko terminated his contract with Paris Saint Germain earlier this season and is now looking for a club, preferably in Europe, to rekindle a career that is in danger of meandering into abyss.
The former Liverpool holding midfielder has enjoyed spells with Juventus, PSG and Fiorentina since leaving Anfield and is still just 28 years old, leaving him with a good few years left in the tank.
Sissoko was a hit on Merseyside and a return to the Premier League is an option, with a number of clubs looking for a cut price January deal to bolster their squads this winter.
“I have terminated the contract with Paris Saint Germain because I was no longer good there.
“Now I’m without a team, I live in France and I train every day with a personal trainer, waiting for a good offer.
“If there is a proposal from Europe that is my priority. I am 28 and I know I can still play in an important team.”
