Fergie and Dalglish warned over transfer fee

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder was voted the star man in the South American Under-20 Championships this year putting him firmly on the radar of United and Liverpool amongst others who will need to cough up a possible record breaking bid to satisfy the Brazilian club.
