Manchester United will be boosted ahead of their trip to Aston Villa after Marcos Rojo is said to have returned to full fitness and is likely to feature for them this weekend, Daily Star reports.
Louis van Gaal hopes to continue his six match winning run with his side now sitting third in the Premier League and trailing leaders Chelsea by only eight points.
The 24-year-old defender suffered a dislocated shoulder during his match against Manchester City and was close to a return to the starting line up in the 3-0 victory over Liverpool, but his manager decided to rest him after a slight knock.
“He [Rojo] felt something yesterday, and I didn’t want to take a risk,” the Dutch boss told MUTV.
However, he is now tipped to make a return against Villa and could once again be deployed in a central role with Van Gaal picking up a string of good results when playing with a back three.
