Former Manchester United defender to be offered £15million contract

Current Hull City manager Steve Bruce has been earmarked as the man to bring Premier League football back to Craven Cottage for Fulham, that is according to the Mirror.

The former Manchester United defender will be offered a remarkable £15million contract – based around add-ons – in the summer as the Cottagers look to tempt the former Sunderland manager away from the KC Stadium.

Hull City are currently enduring a torrid campaign despite reaching the FA Cup final last season, with the Tigers currently only out of the relegation zone thanks to a superior goal difference – although a 1-1 draw with Premier League champions Manchester City yesterday would’ve boosted morale.

Fulham, who were relegated from England’s top flight last season, currently sit eight points above the drop zone in 16th place in the Championship having already replaced Felix Magath with Kit Symons as manager on a permanent basis back in October of last year.
