Fulham welcome Manchester City to Craven Cottage this Saturday, hoping to take further advantage of their defensive frailties.
Roberto Mancini’s men shipped 4 goals at home to Aston Villa in midweek as his side crashed out of the Capital One cup, meaning they have now conceded 14 goals in seven matches this season, and are yet to keep a clean sheet.
However they do remain unbeaten in the league, and Mancini is likely to make wholesale changes to the team that lost 4-2 to Aston Villa on Tuesday.
Fulham have enjoyed a decent start to their campaign, and have won both games that summer signing Dimitar Berbatov has started.
Berbatov looks set to start against the side he rejected back in 2008, opting for a move to rivals Manchester United on deadline day instead.
With Maicon (ankle) still doubtful, Pablo Zabaleta should start at right-back.
Fulham have no new injury concerns to deal with, however Simon Davies (hip), Mahamadou Diarra (knee), Kieran Richardson (hip), Kerim Frei (pelvis) and Philippe Senderos (foot) all remain sidelined.
Fulham have failed to win any of their last seven games against City, and any of their last six at Craven Cottage. The corresponding fixture last season ended in an entertaining 2-2 draw.
Prediction: Fulham 2-3 Manchester City
