Portsmouth manager Avram Grant has admitted he can't look past the next few days when it comes to assessing his future at Fratton Park.

Pompey face Birmingham City in the sixth round of the FA Cup as the south coast club welcome the opportunity to refocus on on-field matters.

Away from the pitch they are the first Premier League club to enter administration and their future - alongside that of the manager - continues be shrouded in uncertainty.

"My long-term future is with Portsmouth on Saturday," explained Grant, who replaced Paul Hart in the managerial hot-seat back in November.

"I'm thinking only about Saturday and then we'll think about what will happen after.

"We don't know what will happen. We don't know who the owner will be or what will happen with the administration.

"I want to see what happens with the club. Then we will think beyond this game."Subscribe to Football FanCast News Headlines by Email
