New Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is set to sell the club’s number one goalkeeper Joe Hart this summer, with The Daily Star stating that the Catalan trainer is not convinced by the England international.
The former Shrewsbury Town custodian was an ever present in the Citizens side last season and looked to be getting back to close to his best form.
However, Hart did not cover himself in glory at Euro 2016, letting in soft goals against both Wales and Iceland in front of the world.
The latest report suggests that Guardiola has identified the English stopper as a potential weakness in his team and could look to replace the goalkeeper before the transfer window closes at the end of August.
Hart is one of only a few English players in the City first team and it remains to be seen just where he would play his football if offloaded and who would replace him at the Etihad Stadium.
