Harry Redknapp has admitted his interest in Lille’s Eden Hazard, according to the Guardian.
The Tottenham boss said that Chairman Daniel Levy was ready to pay big money to ensure Hazard’s services at the club; however conceded that it will be a real battle to acquire his services, given that both Manchester United and City are also keeping tabs on the Belgium international.
“I also know that Manchester United is looking at him and also Manchester City.
“It will be difficult to get him, but I like him a lot.” Redknapp added.
Eden Hazard has recently expressed his desire to play in the Premier League and hinted that Tottenham presented a potential transfer move this summer:
“It could well be Tottenham, they are a great English club.
“I have said that I will go to play in England, and there are some very good players at Tottenham.”
Whether Redknapp gets his man in the summer remains to be seen, but there will certainly be no shortage of interest in talented playmaker both here in England and abroad.
