Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has revealed that he enjoyed playing at Stoke City despite the sub-zero temperatures at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday.
Roberto Mancini's team had to settle for a point from a 1-1 draw when Matthew Etherington grabbed a last-gasp equaliser for the Potters, but Hart thought the visitors deserved to take all three points from the match.
When asked about Stoke's late equaliser, he told the Manchester Evening News:"I could barely feel my hands so I don't know how much I got on the ball but I couldn't keep it out.
"It was good fun – I really love going and playing there.
"They're a great side to play against if you're a goalkeeper who likes that kind of thing.
"I enjoyed it and we got through it – it was just a shame about the last couple of seconds. The lads weren't great in the first half but in the second half we showed what a good side we are.
"It wasn't about showing character but about showing who we are. We are a good strong side with good players, strong both physically and football-wise."
